I've been writing all my life. I want to share my stories with everyone; sharing and listening are the two most important verbs when it comes to storytelling, legends, and history as we know it. Without the art of storytelling, or communicating real feelings through words/language, we would be nothing less than a computer or robot - incapable of true, genuine empathy or concern, or the ability to "walk in ones shoes" if you will. I feel it is apparent that society has lost its ability to convey emotions and handle those emotions rationally. We are so quick to judge someone based on what we see, not hear, or even feel. So tell your stories and I will tell mine, and then maybe, afterwords, you can compare your life to mine.
