Inspired Darkness My words left flowers where they planted in your mind, and re-formed hope you were struggling to find. My touch inspired lightning, that crackled in your bones, and my bed became a sanctuary you'd rather have as home. But your words cut into flesh, until I found it hard to breathe, and my hope and adoration were the only things to leave. Your touch inspired darkness, falling into an abyss, and you looked at me like all it took to fix me was a kiss. It's been a few months now, I don't know where to begin, in removing the poetry you left beneath my skin.
