Dret Your puffy cheeks completely squeeze your vision in to a tiny slit across your ever-expanding face. The caterpillar crawls from under your pillow and proceeds in gnawing at your throat, but the power you possess blindly crushes the hairy, sectioned bug. The shoes you are wearing express their disgust and leave you blindly, squiggled on your bed ever growing. - -- --- this is a #poem.
Knus It was my befall. Red cat tears open my rib cage revealing only empty. This is not a #poem. ..
Emph You stumble upon a cave; You stare deeply into the sticky black, almost syrup-like darkness. But it's not; You reset your eyesight with a short blink before gazing once more into the now faintly illuminated cavern. You lack any immediate motive other than your curiosity involving the source of the damp lighting, so you venture inside. Thoughts cast back to 9inch by 9inch LED screens, where you would sit and play on video games mapped across them for hours and minutes. Video games emitting copy-cat settings and vibrations much like the situation you have found yourself to be in now, but not the same and all too real that you briefly contemplate whether this was all a cruel, unforgiving facade and not the reality you first thought it was. The thought passes, however the vibrations you felt are still very much the same, and that is what has implanted uneasiness within you, not the thought, but the very question the thought possesses. You venture fourth on the journey you've undertaken after composing yourself from your unearthly state. It occurs in your mind that you've reached the heart of the cave and you finally find your long sought-after light. You encounter the Emph. Your LED screen. Blindness hits you, you stare back into the cave of sticky black, and then you leave and go home.
