Social Detox Every so often I like to go on a complete break from using any social networking sites. They do seem to consume our lives, steal our attention and focus, I'm not saying they are bad but I'm saying they can be "too much of a good thing" That's why i think its good to just completely stop going on them for 2 weeks a month. No Facebook, no twitter, Tumblr, Opuss or anything. Then use the time you would spend on these sites doing something productive, reading a book, working on something, writing a #poem on PAPER, or just being still! ......the results will amaze you! give it a go!
