Do u guys realize, her licking the hammer represents her addiction to her love for Liam. The songs about him, and how she should have stopped doing drugs, because if she did, Liam still would have married her! And her naked on the wrecking ball represents how much her stupid decision hurt her, emotionally and mentally. I don't like Miley Cyrus, but I think you should give her credit, because at the time she made the video, she was in pain. Remember her crying in the video? Those were not fake tears. The song was so emotional for her, she cried during the making if the video.
