Shattered Mirror Mending the brokenness of which you brought. Insisting, I took too much to heart. Replying your words in my head like a broken song. Repeating actions; are now just an afterthought. Ordering me around; pretending you cared. Really you are just too much to bare. Memories of you come flooding back. Igniting a fire within me; something you've never lacked. Reflecting me perfectly, in this now broken mirror. Reliving a nightmare was my greatest dilemma. Odors of you, I still smell on our sheets. Imprisoned Words Burying you deep within my heart; the thought of you is a trend I have fought. Wishing you away and wanting you near; the feelings you gave me none can compare. Imprisoned words keep running through my head; so many nights I wished you were dead. With pen in hand, I write this #poem; please don't be angry, I want this broken heart to mend.
