Finding Teah Some of you are probably like who is Teah? Well Teah is my new project horse! She is a dark bay, 3 yo, un-broken, thoroughbred! I can't wait until I start working with her! After her I might get an ex-race horse to bring on. Race horses do not make good riding horses as when you pull on the reins, they go faster in stead of slowing down... It should be fun! But for now I have to concentrate on Teah! After Yogi left, I felt lost, so I started looking for a new project to keep me busy. I'm so happy I found Teah! And I know it's not going to be easy but I always loved a challenge..! I will posting about her progress! For those of you wondering, Teah is pronounced TayAh....
Battle Fields I have just got back from the battle fields in Belgium... It is so upsetting and seeing where these brave men fought for their country is truly amazing. Those men where amazing and brave! I know I couldn't live in those awful trenches not knowing what might happen next or when the next bomb will be thrown. Hearing the stories of such brave men trying to save their fellow men is saddening! Going to the battle fields touched my heart in ways I will never forget!
New Ponies Today I went down to the yard and there was a new pony in Yogi's stable... Turned out that a girl had just arrived with her new horse but no one was around so so put her horse into my stable until someone arrived to tell her where to go. So I helped her and her family unload everything from their lorry and then in return they let me ride their horse. He is a babe, but he kept rearing up at small things. I understood that everything was new to him. I love it when new ponies arrive at the stables!
