Quiet Noise Even as the twig snaps on the quiet path There is but silence in the aftermath Perhaps a bird will take flight But then the setting is right Much is the same with the innate wrath That leads us all to struggle and fight Screams fall to silence It pierces thrice like tridents First your heart is torn And your smile becomes worn Second comes the repentance Of all the problems not self-born Third is when you've given up As all the #life flows out of your cup You want to break and end it all And it hurts to get up from that fall There's no advice to give, buck up Straighten your back and stand tall This quiet noises resides in you It may not be something you can prove But you have a reason to fight And a reason to step into the light Don't be afraid to scream what's true It's time for you to begin what's right I believe in you ~CQ

Why I Don't Rhyme It's not that I don't because I can't The act itself makes me go on a rant I prefer my words to flow like a river The effect of the flow makes you shiver But I can send chills down your spine With slant rhymes in kind And I'm sure that you'll find My vocabulary hasn't been left behind I can do this all day It's still not my way Do I need bigger words to portray My ideas every whichway And now we've begun predecay This #poem is over soon Okay? Why I Write To tell you the truth I don't know I use my words like an antidote To spare me from this poisonous world I'm lost here, confused How can I even speak of the world?
