The years went by so fast, and I saw us separate, I left you behind, and our paths did deviate. I grew too fast for you, and fell to society, You stayed young forever, forever roaming free. A free spirit of the world, a pure and simple heart, I shared my #life with you, my lovely counterpart. But all things live and die, feel love and feel pain, Your #life was lifted from me on my lonely mortal plane. Who knew you'd mean so much, to that boy who needed you, And now you are not with him, he can't think what to do.
