Didnt see the mystery. .he reached beneath his shirt and pulled out a cold , gold chain . On it , was a ring , his mum 's .The ring was left to him by his mother ; it was her most prized possession . The coolness of it between his fingers brought back a flood on new memories . Just as Jacob began to untangle them , the man spoke again " we 're still here you know ! "
