A Random Writing Lightning flashed in the ebony sky, viciously followed by deafening claps of thunder. Viridian looked up, her eyes which she was named for leaking over with tears. A shudder passed through her body, starting at the base of her neck. A jagged sob tore from her throat and she collapsed against the messy bed of nature's leaves. "I just want to go home." Another fork of lightning split the sky. Viridian simply stared, each and every muscle aching and refusing to move. A soft, involuntary whimper escaped her mouth as she counted each raindrop she felt on her skin. Again the thunder roared, the dark rainclouds illuminating eerily with the lightning's glow. Viridian swallowed and groggily wiped her eyes. "I can't do this anymore." Her voice was strangely loud against the whispers of wilderness.
