How Not To Eat Crawfish One year on Chinese New Year, a family went out to eat dinner. The son and daughter ordered crawfish to see how it would taste. The father told them that he would teach them how to eat it. He took one crawfish, and a knife. He could not open it properly so he stabbed at it. The unfortunate piece of seafood flew off the plate and flopped on to the floor. To this day, it still lays there. That poor poor crawfish that taught the children how not to eat it.
