Chapter 3 I pulled Emily aside and we were right against the wall fearing we were going to be seen. She gave me a wary look as if to say they were coming ever so close to us. They were, and they walked right passed us. We slipped out of our hiding place and shot the 2 guards. I let Emily go ahead of me while I stock up on weapons. 8 knives and bullets. "Take four. If we make loud noise we're dead." I whisper to her. She nods and we take off to the exit. ** ** ** Emily shook like crazy. She was pale and her red hair was greasy. I held her close to me, so if she fell, I fell too. "I hear talking," Emily said to me. We rounded a corner and the east wing exit was right in front of us. There were no cells near the exit because if somebody wanted to escape, they would have to fight their way through 8 armed guards. I get low to the ground making sure no one saw us. I propped up the gun and shot. 1 down 7 surprised, agile guards left. A few stood tall while others were shorter. They all had fair amounts of muscle on them. And I bet they had brut strength. They all looked at each other with twisted grins and the sent out the shortest and probably the weakest of the remaining 7. He moves with intense care because he's afraid of what's behind the wall we are standing behind. I told Emily to back up to give him some space. He rounded the corner and I froze him, no screams no more guards. "Bang bang?" Emily said rising her gun. A smirk tugs at my mouth and she knows it's a yes. We step out together and shoot all 6 of them. Most were injured, so I just froze them. Others I set aflame. We exited in style and started into a sprint once we were out of the door. Emily broke into a laughing fit and we had to hide behind building to catch our breaths. "Let's go home." Emily suggested. "Huh? You don't get it do you. Once you break out of jail you are wanted by the whole entire city!" I said with wide eyes. "I-I-I just want to see all of them," she started. I take a deep breath and sigh. "Well, I guess we can, but I'm getting in through the window of my room. Ok?" "What am I going to tell them?" She questioned. "Tell them I'm dead and that I died in the Hudson lake." "Do you know how hard that is? When you have to tell your own family that your older sister is dead," I gave her a sharp look. "I'll pull it off." Once said and done we took of for our house.
