Creature Of My Mind I'm at a drawing block. I can't even think. Mind blind with a pad lock, Already gone, worse when I blink. Backed up to the wall, Shrinking down, Looking so small And now the water is above my head, It says "drown". My mind thinks of wild things, Not same enough to draw. They would think me insane, When the creature with twelve eyes and wings, Make way to my paper, skin raw. The fire spitting out Between it's three rows of teeth. It can hear anything even if not loud, The sword left in its sheath, As the creature gives a low growl. The creature of my mind, So crazy and insane, Left in the back to hide, Until it's pulled out and tamed. Maybe it's just a sign, Of the things driving me crazy. The bright And blazing, But the creature doesn't vanish, It only gets bigger, In a mind as lost as mine.
