Borders The charming Britannia was sat peacefully in a clearing along her border. It was about midday and the sky was a soft blue, only the odd fluffy cloud dotted the sky. A gentle breeze danced around her, her slightly dark hair swaying a little in the breeze. She closed her emerald green eyes and let out a happy sigh, her mind drifting between thoughts but there was one person that kept appearing in them. A young male, he seemed to forever seek for her attention but always too shy to start a long conversation. She laughed lightly about it, he was a known warrior among the nations yet always shy with her. It warmed her heart as she thought about it more, soon having a light bush on her face as her thoughts switched from his behaviour to his looks. Suddenly a feeling of being watched came over her and she quickly cleared her head and opened her eyes looking around. The red head was stood leaning against a tree behind the young lady, in made sure he was in pain sight so as she scanned the area she could spot him. He himself was the neighbouring country and stood at the edge of his border. He was a tall young lad, with bright red hair flowing down to behind his knees, the odd plait with feathers and crystals tied into his hair. He also had green eyes only his a darker shade, normally sharp looking but now they were soft as the look at the other. He gave a slight nod and spoke to greet the other "alright lass, what are you doing so close to the edge of your lands?" She looked behind her spotting the male she was just thinking about, her blush still dusting her cheeks as she rose up to stand, dusting off her dress as she did. She walked over and stopped a step away from him, right on the edge of her border but not crossing "hello, I could ask you the same thing" she folded her arms and shifted most of her weight on one leg, though despite herself she continued to smile at the Celt. "Aye you could, an I'm checking me borders" he shrugged a little straightening up and running a hand through his hair, a cheeky smile on his face as he spoke. Though it soon faded a little as he looked down a bit before speaking once more, not giving her chance to speak "you know I wanted to run into you lass" he smirked again looking back at her before untying a leather pouch from his belt, holding it out to her. It was made out of a slightly dark leather hide, hand crafted and clearly made with care. Smooth to the touch and a embroidered F with Celtic knotting on the front, she took it and brought it close to her, looking carefully at all the details and over all gift. Letting herself smile softly as her eyes softened, looking up at the Celt who was now looking over to the side scratching the back of neck and going off on a rant about why he made it. He had managed to focus his gaze on a tree to the side as he ranted to the thing, feeling a little stupid and nervous, laughing lightly at himself in his head. She reached out with one hand, the other still holding the pouch, and grabbed the others shirt pulling him down to her height before leaning close and placing a soft kiss on his cheek. Laughing a little at how the male shut up and felt his cheek heat up, he had turned his head to look at her his eyes slightly wide before shaking his head and letting a cheeky grin appear on his face once more. Taking one step closer so the border ran between the small gap at there feet. She wrapped her arms around his torso, leaning up to kiss him fully. He couldn't help but stare at her before realising what was going on and began to kiss back, wrapping his arms around her middle. The kiss soon parted as they locked there eyes, he couldn't help but become mesmerised by them as he smiled softy at her. The two remind in their embrace, though still remaining within there borders. Both wishing the damn thing didn't exists, though now a agreement was defiantly worth making. They spent the night lay down on there sides, looking at each other and falling asleep.
