電鍋男出好菜 - 討海人滷蘿蔔 所需材料: 鹹小卷200g、紅白蘿蔔各300g、蒜頭50g、蔥段10g、嫩薑30g、雞胸骨1副 調味料: 米酒2大匙、胡椒粉1小匙 做法: 1.雞胸骨入水鍋汆燙,撈起洗淨,切小塊備用。I 2.紅白蘿蔔去皮、切大塊,和嫩薑一起放入內鍋備用。 3.取深炒鍋加少油,爆香蒜頭、蔥段,再下鹹小卷炒香,倒入內鍋;將米酒倒入鍋中拌勻,再倒入內鍋。 4.再將水(淹過食材)、胡椒粉、雞胸骨,入電鍋煮2杯水。
