Time To Make Friends With Salads The Christmas season is a time when overindulgence simply cannot be avoided, no matter how hard I try to resist the temptation in front of me....somehow it manages to reel me in! Now as I stand on top of the truthful eye of the weighing scales....I am only filled with regret that I didn't say 'no' to that mince pie yesterday! Oh well you only live once eh?! thank goodness for the intervention that we call 'salads'.....
