Rocky Road <3 Here's a recipe for delicious rocky road that is perfect no matter what time of year! What you'll need: 200g Milk or Dark Chocolate, 2-3tbsp Golden Syrup, 100g butter, 100g marshmallows, 200g digestive or rich tea biscuits, Icing sugar to dust. Method: 1) Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup together in a saucepan. 2) In a freezer bag or a plastic bag, crush the biscuits. Leave some lumps for texture. 3) Tip the biscuits, marshmallows and any nuts or dried fruit you wish (optional) into the chocolate mixture and stir to combine. 4) Pour into a baking tray lined with foil and leave to set in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight. 5) Cut into squares and dust with icing sugar and FINNITO you're done!
