It is about me, I wrote this for my returning depressive feelings after weaning off my antidepressants. I am currently finding it difficult but with the right help I will hopefully find peace with myself. X

Try every day to look at or think of something lovely. There is beauty in creation even the rain lashing on the windows. Just looking at colours that raise the spirit.
