Spwells. Part I. The only sound audible in the dead winding streets were the clicks and ever present clacks of one, Deloria Ische's shoes. Even in the dead of the winter night she still felt the need to dress as if there was courthouse party around her, the snake skin shirt clung to her stoic body as she bombarded down the cobble streets; with the satin skirt cascading behind her. Out the corner of Deloria's eye she saw a shadow flash in the bright light of the gas lamps. In a instant she was frozen with her hand pointed to where the shadow first appeared. When the dark shadow slowly merged into a frail man, Deloria let out a snarl. Lose ends; witnesses. Those things were some of the things that Deloria couldn't risk on this... mission of some sorts. Without a second thought given, a spout of red light erupted from her hand sending a thrill throughout Deloria's body, apparent by the grin that plastered itself on her face. The mans body was dwarfed in billows of smoke as the red light burned its way through every inch of the man. Before anyone would notice the mans screams, Deloria was gone.
