From that day on I have decided to change my condition.(Told you it was short) For the start I want you to meet My FFF: (five finger foods) •Do a swap(chocolate>apple) •No junk/sweets unless>event/as a weekly treat. •Half a plate green(salad). •Eat 3-5 times a day(each meal the size of two hands/a small plate) And My EEE: (easy everyday exercise) Day ... 30mins of ... 1. Abs 2.Butt 3.Obliques/waist 4.Legs 6.Other 7.Relax... Tip: It you're going to work out targeting a specific area you WILL built (sometimes unwanted) muscles in the area.
