A Love Letter To Domnu.
I spent a moment in the night
Whispering to the wind, testing its might
I told it of how i knew the gods were listening
And how they only spoke from when people they were missing
I told them I knew that *Domnu clued in the talks too
And when I did so the wind, slightly stronger it blew
I know it was her way of telling me she was there
But not to tell the other gods, her, they could not bear
But as the gods took there rest I still staired into the night
Knowing one god could never, rest peacefuly, her light
And although her light was a shadow that cast around
I wished her to sleep and did not whisper to wake her with my sound.
Sometimes I whisper to her and she responds with the winds sway
And I wonder did she even ask to be this way?
*Domnu: Irish pre-celtic godess that could perhaps be compared with the devil. She was the god of ugliness and evil.
