Summer Nights The city lights shone bright beneath my feet. He smiled and held me close. "I like this", I whispered slowly in his ear. "I know you do." The lights started moving faster and faster until they were just colored lines, like in those long exposure photos that circle the internet. I started giggling and laughing like a small child. I rather felt his smile than see it. I couldn't see anything any more. "Close your eyes." I listened, obedient, and felt the wind running trough my hair, down the skin on my bare back. His hands were holding me tight against his chest. The feeling was excruciating, all those sensation melting into my body, making it explode. I suddenly felt his fingers moving on my skin, like burning candles. They left traces of light and heat behind, while they circled around, over my shoulders, and over my neck. I raised my head to welcome his lips and barely felt that the wind stopped. I continued to keep my eyes closed, as I didn't received the order for opening them. I knew that if I was careful and listened, I would be rewarded. And how much I wanted it. His lips were soft and cold, sending shivers like ice shards down my spine, He tasted like the wind, and the night that was around us. I vaguely smelled something sweet, flowers perhaps, mixing with his sharp perfume. I tasted every touch he gave me, hungry for more....and more was yet to come. "You can open your eyes", he whispered in my ear with that low husky voice that made parts of my body burn and ache for his touch. I did as he told me and the view that welcomed me was overwhelming. At our feet, the city spread his never sleeping lights and all around us flowers, white crowns, lifted their small heads to meet us. His hands circled my waist and pulled me closer to him. His lips found mine and sent my mind floating. I knew that I would have melted away if his hands weren't supporting me. I vaguely knew he lifted me and placed me on a bed of leafs. It was much softer than I thought, but probably it could have been made of rock and I would still felt it soft. I closed my eyes once again and let him take me in a journey of senses. His body pressing mine on the ground, the cold of his skin mixing with my burning skin in a crazy journey of sensations, each of his kisses making me fall even more in the darkness around. I wanted more. I knew then I would do anything for more, even sell my soul. Perhaps that's what it took. My breath was shallow and I couldn't find my voice to tell him... "Shhh,", he whispered so close, breathing down my neck. "Don't move." I knew he was aware of his effect over me. He unbuttoned his shirt faster than I could have done it. My hands were trembling when I raised them to touch his sculptured body. He leaned on to kiss me again an I felt his wide smile. He was enjoying what he was doing to my body. "If you want me to stop, you should tell me now", he said stopping and looking down at me with wide black eyes. How could I tell him to stop when my whole body craved for his touch. He smiled, like he was sharing a private joke and kissed me. "Thought so." He lowered his hand over my tights and raised my dress. His bare hand lit strings of fire on my skin. The city lights melted away in the burning sensations. He made me fall over and over in the darkness of myself, that edge that used to frighten me. And all I could do was wish for more, more of him, more of what he was doing to me. Like he was hearing my thoughts, he pulled my dress even more, until I was half naked and exposed underneath his perfect body. This time I was not afraid, I was begging. He got up to his feet and looked down at me, a gesture that should have made me blush and want to cover myself. Instead, it only made me burn even more, under his steady gaze. He smiled and undressed, keeping only his shirt and without taking his eyes off mine. "You look so....desirable..." he whispered, running his lips down my neck, stopping on my chest. His weight pressed me more on the leaves. And I felt him. All of him. A small scream of surprise escaped my lips. "What's wrong?" "Nothing", I barely managed to whisper, pulling him closer and crushing his lips with mine. "Easy", he said, stopping, making me wriggle and reach up to him. "Don't rush." His smile was wide and he laughed before kissing me and pinning my body with his, so I couldn't move. "Trust me?" I nodded and he covered me with his body, slowly and gently taking me, making me his. Darkness swallowed me, claiming me, that dark frightening feeling. "Don't be afraid", he whispered in my ear. I cried out loud and pressed my fingernails into his back, as the pressure that built up inside me all night, exploded. He swallowed my shout, moving faster, pushing me over the edge again and again. I started trembling and felt his small call of my name before kissing me hard and finding his release. "I think you definitely left some marks on my back", he said grinning. "I am sorry." My voice was still barely audible even for me and my breath shallow. "Don't be. I'm not." His grin was wide and his face relaxed. It was the first time I saw him that relaxed. He hugged me and turned, pulling me in his arms. I don't know when the trembling stopped, Or when I fell asleep in his arms. I vaguely felt him move and opened my eyes. "We have to go", he said, looking at the blue sky. The dawn was close and I knew he had to run. I nodded and he lifted me and we swam over the fading city lights again. "Please stay with me", I asked him when he turned to live. "Please..." "I can't. I'll see you tonight. You know that."
