The House (Kind of dark) Walking through familiar halls A place that I once knew Halls that once felt like a cage That I could not break through Now my footsteps sound so loud They echo in my ear Funny that the sound of footsteps Used to be my biggest fear This is where I used to play This is where I slept And this is where he beat on me While you just watched and wept Wept as if you gave a damn We both know that's a lie If you had really cared for me You would have done more than cry This room looks very different Looks like you got them all The holes from where he grabbed me And slammed me to the wall I'm sorry did I make you cry What am I supposed to say I live with scars from your betrayal Every single day So go ahead and cry some more Tell me that I'm cold How dare I bring up my abuse How dare I be so bold I think it's time for me leave I don't know why I came Even after all these years It still feels just the same

You're Mine Now #intheireyes I feel their eyes upon me With every move I make I'm forced to plan with care Every step before I take Working as a team They try to read my mind Try to understand the clues At my last scene if crime And while they make it hard my dear Don't feel you are secure For you are like the helpless prey Into my trap I lure I've seen you in your office I've seen you in your home I've watched for countless hours That you thought you were alone Now the profilers are busy With another girl I took And I've broke into your house Through the window by the nook Excitement overwhelms me As you pull into the drive I'll hide here til you're sleeping dear And you won't wake up alive

Tragic (Warning: This one's a little dark) Drenched from the rain Of the storm in her heart She lays in her bed As the world falls apart The pain overwhelms On this sick twisted ride There is no escape From the demons inside She's tired of crying When nobody hears Why keep on trying If nobody cares? What is the point Of her sad wasted #life? A #life that's been filled With nothing but strife If anyone cared She'd leave them a note If someone would read The words that she wrote But she's all alone Alone with her pain And she doesn't want To wake up again So she unscrews the top Of a bottle of gin Then she swallows some pills And drinks with a grin She welcomes the darkness And welcomes the pain An end to the storm That drenched her like rain ———— He musters up strength To knock on her door This time he'll do it Not like before Yes he's going to do it Tell her he cares Flowers in hand He swallows his fears But his knocks go unanswered She's not there it seems Too bad he can't tell her She's the girl of his dreams
