Young Olympian Chapter 1
I woke up, shivering. Today was a special day. Day 4 of the Olympics. I was competing in the swimming finals today. I was shivering, not due to the unusually cold mist, but due the the nerves. Any Olympian would know that it's good to be nervous. As my nervousness faded, I decided to get up and grab a huge bowl of muesli. Not my first choice, trust me, but it gives me energy, so it's alright.
I switched on the tv to see the weightlifting women's final. I just find it boring, but I know other guys love to see them lift. In my opinion, it's kinda dirty, so I try and discourage that behaviour to my twitter followers. I only just got in to the Olympics, but have already grown a huge fan base. I'm thirteen, the youngest ever competitor to be in the finals. I'm so proud to represent my country. My only goal is to become a triple gold medalist. I remember when I was young, all my friends called me 'Fish'. I competed in the County's every term, and of course, I won. It's just my favourite place to be, in a pool. I'm sure I trained hard enough, now I'm just waiting to perform. It's like a show, I've just got to be the best.
