Running For Office I dunno if it's a good idea to be Student President - would it enhance my CV, would it give me a better chance of getting a job? The decision is a toughy.

9000 Words 9000 words, that's almost the length of a dissertation, it could pretty much be a book - well a small one - but it isn't either. 9000 words is the length of two essays I have due for this week, on stuff that I don't know about, but will soon be an expert. 9000 words is hours of time in the library, hours of procrastination and laptop-induced migraines. 9000 words is a challenge, an uphill battle with the promise of a pint or ten with your friends at the end. 9000 words is coffee and red bull, pro plus and the caffeine shakes. It is back ache from hunching over computers and carrying books. It is library fines, McDonalds and forgetting what cooking is. 9000 words is why I am here, at University. These 9000 words, and the grade that they merit define part of me. 9000 words is my #life. Until they are done.
