Brooke - n Chapter One My name is Brooke. sometimes I feel like broken glass inside. I walk this city. I am a normal girl. How I look,act and other stuff. I don't understand why I'm left out how I am today. But people ignore me. No matter what I do to draw attention, the only time people pay attention to me is to call me Brooken at school. My family is the only people who care about me. Not even my whole family even. My sister, Macy, loves me most. It's no other way to place it. Because it's pretty obvious that my sister is favored for in my sight, being 2 years over. but anyways after I turned 3 and started pre school, my parents started to expect me to start being independent. Now I'm twelve and ca actually be independent. But I don't know what I did! After that the only person I could turn to, to talk to, was Macy. And I really appreciate that. My parents scowl at Macy every time she hugs me, smiles at me, plays a game with me, or gives me advice. I'm tired of getting snapped at when I cry. I want my normal family back. My thirteenth birthday is in 2 weeks. Macy told me there's a reason why mom and dad seem to hate me last year. So any way on my thirteenth birthday she would tell me. I'm actually kind of scared to hear what Macy has to share with the tough communications all through out more than 3 generations. And I'm guessing (not hoping) that's part of the "story" that I have to wait two more weeks before I'm allowed to hear it from my sister. I just hoping my mom and dad don't know she's telling me. Because truthfully after I turned six, I started to hate my parents. A whole big lot of hate. But in my eyes, the deserve that hate.
