Lost In the storm, she is a beacon. Her tears fall to the sand. Beneath bare feet they soak the land. In the storm, she is a beacon. A lover never to return. A touch that is never learned. As the sea swallows a ship, a name is whispered upon soft lips. The water welcomes him with open arms, he is unaware of her pleading charms. A kiss, a caress, a love unknown will die with youth down below. But the one thing she will never know is that in the storm, she was a beacon.
