Bad Spirit, Bad Mood 3 days it has been. 3 days since I am generally feeling low. Probably a little bit depressed. Not to mention having to put an all-nighter yesterday. I can't even think with clarity; it's like my senses have dumbed down. And although I have trained myself to dispel all these negative energies gradually, it seems that my old habits of self-deprecation is starting to resurface. This is bad. I really hope a good night's rest will cure this for better.
