Lost Trees are everywhere, Everywhere I look more trees, Green leaves and brown bark surround me on all sides, I just have to keep running, l just need one way out, Just one way out, Branches whip my face as I run by, I trample weeds beneath my feet, As my feet move quickly across the hard-packed ground, Colors blur past my eyes as they look, For one way out, Just one way out, A root sticks out of the ground, And my toe finds the hole, I stumble and fall to the ground, My nightmares comes true I get caught, I will never find that one way out, Just one way out,

Monsters Darkness closes in on all sides. My head lay on my pillow. Suddenly, I feel like I am not at all alone. Monsters creep and slink around my room. I cannot see them with my eyes, but I can see them with my mind. One has five eyes. Another has one! Some have two heads, some have three! They hide out in the shadows, you see. I quickly flick on all the lights and I see, something that I need to see. I see that even minds can tell convincing lies.

One By One I sit alone in the field as the sun warms my face. The wind softly whistles through the tall stalks of grass and combs through my long blonde hair. Each strand, one by one. A gray bird with a bright red head lands on the sun warmed earth and chirps a cheerful melody. Each note, one by one. The clouds twist and contort their shape forming new things each minute, each hour each day. I watch as they roll by, one by one. Soon the white clouds turn a charcoal shade of gray and raindrops start to fall. Each drop, one by one. Lightning rips across the sky soon fallowed by rumbling thunder. Each bolt, one by one. "Better get inside," I think a I get up from the grass that so warmly welcomed me and I start dancing through the house. Each step, one by one. (My first opuss!)
