Embarrassing TV Watching Not sure whether anyone outside of the UK has yet been subjected to the television phenomenon of Channel 4's "Embarrassing Bodies", but I pray that if it hasn't already, it won't ever be! The premise is a group of lovely Doctors locate patients from the UK's streets and ask them to divulge their darkest, dankest, pungent, nightmarish secrets. And guess what? They flipping well do!!! My wife gets me to watch it with her so that she can hide behind the cushion whilst I suffer incisions in places where your worst fears wouldn't take you. The menu ranges from disfigured winkies, stinking lady parts and more arse action than can be found in the entire gay porn industry. Eeeesh. The big question is why do these people show all knowing that millions of non-medical people will be inspecting their privates from their pseudo-surgery living rooms? Anyone know if these people are paid to show their hideous, nausea inducing, maladies? Answers on a postcard, or preferably an Opuss reply. Rant over. Sleep well.
