I have realized yesterday that emotion takes up space for me to think clearly, the more 'emotional' i get the more i tend to screw things up and not be in the moment. I have learned to be objective and when i am in the zone i have to focus on the present to create a more meaningful result. The essence of effectiveness for me is about learning from the moment and doing what is right for that moment.
