Update Sorry for the delay peeps, I've been busy and when I haven't I've been unwell. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who wished me luck for the creative writing competition I entered. The open mic night was last Friday, it was such a special and inspiring night and I wouldn't have minded if I hadn't but I was one of the five winners in my age category out of the over one hundred entries!! It felt so nice to read my #poem aloud and have that applause afterwards, it's so rewarding, and it feels nice to know that others appreciate your work. LOVED it and I now have a certificate and a £20 Waterstones voucher... Such an achievement in itself for even making the shortlist let alone being one of the winners and I'm SO happy as you probably can tell!! Eeeeeeeeee
