Easy Bolognese Serves 2. 500g minced beef Glug of olive oil 1 white onion, diced 1 carrot, diced 1 garlic clove 1 tin chopped tomatoes Good pinch of oregano Good pinch of parsley Good squeeze tomato purée Splash of red wine METHOD Pre-heat oven to 160c heat oil in heavy bottomed casserole dish Add onion, carrot and garlic and cook until soft Add meat and fry until brown Add tomatoes, herbs, puree, wine Cook in hob until simmering Put in oven for 2 hours until nice and juicy! Serve with spaghetti
