Mysterious Girl (Prologue) The sky was at it's darkest, a full#moonhidden within dark clouds. It's light glowing faintly through the thickness of the clouds with no way to rid itself of the obstacles blocking it. Specks of silver decorated the blanket of navy blue, shining brightly through the clouds 'together', blind to the hidden#moonthat seemed like it was trying... trying to reach... "Your brother awaits your arrival in the living room." a voice informed. A paint brush stopped midway to a canvas, instead falling to dark red carpeted ground as light quick footfalls went down long winding corridors of a dark mansion. A small girl around the age of 4, appeared at the doorway of a room. "You called, brother?" her young voice was filled with respect as she spoke to the older boy who sat comfortably in a black armchair in front of her. The boy smiled with hints of malice. "Come here, 'my sister'." his emphasis on the last two words was heard clearly by her. His hand reached out to her who stood in the doorway but she seemed to hesitate. Seeing this, the boy frowned. "Do you not trust me, sister?" he questioned her. Her face expressed shock at his question and she immediately walked towards him, any signs of hesitation gone. (every step she took towards him that day...) placing her small hand on his. "I trust you, brother" she smiled at him with pure innocence. (was every bit of her trust placed in him) He stared at her smile with mixed emotions of surprise and disgust. Her innocent smile brightened the darkness that surrounded him. He disliked it. He detested it. He wanted it to disappear... Disappear from the face of this earth. The tides have changed and now he stands in control of everything. Chains wrapped around her, bounding her to him (choices...) she was to trust and obey him. (do they exist?) nothing more, nothing less. From that moment, the little girl's fate was locked by thick chains of a single bond.
