Fashion of Righteousness There is a social wave in our times- a tendency. A tendency to intensely warn, frown upon and dissaprove of choices that do not fit the major popular norm. For instance it is directed towards people that do not recycle, smokers , drinkers etc. Trying to help an individual with a harmful habit is one thing and stigmatising them in an effort to integrate in society for personal interest is another. Unfortunately the second aspect is more common nowadays, thus cultivating a 'fashion' of righteousness rather than a culture of support and prevention.
