HELP PLEASE :'( HELP! :'( i need advice- I am going to a big adventure course in wales (far away from home) on Monday. I am scared of doing things like high ropes courses and caving and i need to feel confident. I m am also fretting about going and not coming back (bus crashing, accident) CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME CALM DOWN?? i am so stressed i have got rashes up my arms and am sobbing- does anyone what this is aswrll? PLEASE HELP ME GET THROUGH THIS? :'(

Many many moons ago I went on one of those trips too. Really loved it. It was a challenge but that's a healthy thing!
