Open Closet Who knows what could be hiding behind the door.. No one has ever really looked. And what could possibly be looking back.. I doubt anyone ever cared to understand. But what if its the gentle truth that no one dares to acknowledge.. People are afraid of the unknown. They're afraid of the dark. They don't care to lend an ear. Ignorant minds judge, crucify, humiliate, and ruin. Whatever is behind that darkened door remains hidden and lost within its own darkness. With careless actions it is bludgeoned into submission without the chance to speak its truth.. Ignorance unrealized. A martyr tightens his own noose. Through the open door many possibilities could be thought, but no one cares to dwell upon them. The darkness pleads to be released. And yet, the door is shut tight without a second thought. I suppose it never really mattered. Camouflaged deeply in its sorrow.
