Dad My dad passed away in October 2002, to me it feels like yesterday and I miss him still. I can't believe that he has been gone for 10yrs this year. I think of all the things that I missed sharing with him and I feel a terrible sadness. If I could have just one day to show him what I've done with my #life and ask him if he is proud, he could see his grandchildren and be proud of them too. Just one day that's all I want

I'm sure that he was always proud of you anyway, and if he could see you now, he would be even more proud than you could imagine. Try not to think of the times you have missed with him, instead, think of all the wonderful times that you did have, and think about how happy he would be with everything you have done, and are still doing, with your life. For as long as you keep him in your heart, he will always be alive in you x
