The Irish Caused Hitler Once upon a time a German soldier was caught off guard and the Irishman who had him at gunpoint gave him mercy and let him live. That was a lovely thing to do... If the German soldier hadn't have turned out to be Adolf Hitler.

A man named Michael Keogh wrote about it in his memoirs. Try googling 'I saved Hitler in 1919' I thiiink that's what it's called. Cheers!
