Very true Steve, I would also add... it's important to focus in small things to start with... I mean to give yourself small daily goals wherever you are... something you can achieve in minutes or maximum couple of hours.. those achievable goals will trigger the 'satisfaction feeling' ... you will be feeling better, sleeping better and waking up with a smile on your face thinking... what can I do today? Let's write a poem )
