Living in this moment I was deep in thought about something I can’t really remember but it had some intense emotions connected to it ... I decide it that moment to reflex on the now and the emotions I felt as I sat surround by those I love and my dogs who bring me so much happiness and joy the past no longer held me back in a ghostly emotion , which truly has no baring on me now ...
