Only My Only tears can cry, And only hearts can feel. Only souls can die, As only wounds can heal. As my wounds refuse to heal, And my soul begins to die. My heart can't help but feel, As my tears can only cry. Copyright (c) TheClockworkPoet

Dear friend these are truly poetic heartfelt wprds i hope this poem doesnt mirror what youre going through right now but if it does i agree with @yikici you shouldnt give up and do your best to swim to shore, the shore of your heart and fight off tears and pain and let wounds heal which i think is a beautiful rhyme fitting your poem.
