Leaves And Dust Chub club have told me I need to loose 3 1/2 stones to be healthy. I thought I was fairly healthy anyway an that I looked ok. That's loads of weight....... No more of anything for me now just leaves and dust I think

Sounds silly to me. If you're happy with your body and health why do what someone else dictates is better and be miserable. Dust anybody?
