If I Was Young If I could be anything, I'd be young again, Fresh faced and full of #life, Lacking the stresses of money and work, All the responsibilities that come with being old. Then I would be someone my daughter listens to, As only teenagers know the best way to dress or act or behave. A grown up does not understand these things. If I was young I would tell her; Drink in the world around you for nature is more breath taking than your iphone. Learn all you can at school as there are more important things than the Kardashians. Pick up your socks occasionally to avert a biological disaster. But also, don't listen to those jealous girls, you are beautiful and worthy. Don't let that boy treat you that way, your Prince William will arrive. Don't take your loved ones for granted, Snapchat and Netflix will always be there, but loved ones won't. Most importantly, love yourself as I love you, then you will always be OK. And she would listen.... If I was young.
