Alienlike The world left behind cold, colorless and gray, black and white, opaque, all essence emptied from the living, pale childlike faces crowd the street, gasping for a final breath, choking on the dust and ash... Torn from the roots that keeps this world in place, running in circles, around and around, on and on, the cycle pushes forward until this planet endures all it can take, the surface starts to crack, crumbling underneath your feet, run into the flames, scream for your #life, winds shift, we've been caught in the drift and pulled into the sky, violently pulled apart by gravity, bodies ripped to shreds in the impact, nothing now but the smell of death, as the earth starts to bleed itself dry, a new reality sets in, survival of the fittest never meant to death, how selfish we'd become, creatures born of boredom and habit. It's time we've been evacuated, we could never learn from our own manmade disasters so the watchers decided mankind is the disease of earth and extermination of all humanity is the only answer. The odds were never in our favor. Extinction is closer than we think. Trapped like rats, breeding like rabbits, dropping like flies. The invasion has begun, "Test subject number one please get back in line." The voice echoed through the skies. They came from above, The earth was their project and we nearly destroyed it because the only happiness we find is in self destruction. We were born to think we were the humans but the truth is, we're the aliens. Unknown #lifeforms, curious entities... They'll bury the bodies, replant them in the ground, watch us grow in the mist. A human harvest. An architect of the mind. Awaiting a creator to construct a new universe. A garden that moans for #life. A theater that tells the story of humanities suffering. In this alien like wasteland, time and space is infinite and physical pain cannot be felt but the future for the earth still remains as indefinite as the day the first human opened their eyes to the world.
