It is so easy to hide behind technology but it really is better to focus, talk to people, understand what makes them tick and generate actions and results. Lots of companies go through reorganisations, where I am now announced one in September 2015. For my part of the business the results of that have finally been announced and ready for implementation. This is pretty ridiculous, 12 months of uncertainty and worry. The announcement was just a single email, no meetings, no conference calls, nothing which said ' guys we are done, we have a task to do, we have targets to meet, work with us to deliver and you will be rewarded. ' Nothing, it's really depressing and its arrogant and quite disrespectful. AK is a sweet girl, long black hair, startling eyes. I love the way she smiles.
