One Night It was a Saturday night and I was just out of the shower when Erika came into my room wearing her favourite silk pyjamas with oversized bunny slippers. She was holding Teddy with both of her hands and when our eyes met, she smiled. "Okay. You can come in.." I said and continued drying out my hair. I went to my dresser and saw the reflection on my mirror, how she quickly jumped onto my bed and tuck herself under the quilt. I sighed deeply. As I heard the sounds of Brahms concerto from the other room, I assumed Uncle Hiroshi was probably having trouble sleeping especially when Aunt Grace wasn't home. She went to London to see her sister who just got divorced. "Ellie, are you coming to bed or what?" Erika whispered even though I was like 10 metres away. I quickly slathered on my essential skincare products and headed to bed. "You know that you're probably ended up on the floor if you were gonna sleep here, right?" I asked with hopeful look that she'd go back to her room on the first floor. "I'm scared. There's no one sleeping upstairs. Even Keiichi is sleeping in Ken's room," Keiichi and Ken are Erika's older brothers. The kind of twins who are still sleeping in the same bed even though they're both in their late twenties. Without saying anything, I just tucked myself under the quilt too, totally ignoring the person who's laying next to me. Before completely fell into deep sleep, I felt Erika hands in mine but because I had a very long walk with her around the shopping mall today, I fell asleep right away.
