He was cold. Cold and hungry. He was what he shouldn't have been. He was anican, of the anican clan. The anican clan was above all other clans. This wolf, he was 15 years old or,#moondays(years). He had a black pelt, with a hint of silver . His name was "black sky" or mukaia wastin. Not many of his clan are exiled , for many who were banished had died at their own brethren's claws and teeth. Sky wrinkled his nose at the scent of deer dung. " prey is close." He predicted. He could also smell plump rabbits at the end of the trees. It would be much harder to hunt for it was winter. Creatures are hibernating , so there is not much out. Sky found a chance to be himself, to enjoy the hunt. Sky had to step with care, his large paws would scare any thing nearby. It was still snowing, and quiet, unnaturally quiet, for Sky anyway. The forest was made of pines and firs. Located in the northern continent. It was called alm mundia, in other words, the evergreen forest. The forest was always bustling with activity, even in winter in all of sky's years, but this winter was different, something was wrong. 'No matter ' Sky thought, 'I must focus on me first then find out what is going on'. He found a herd of deer, grazing on the brown grass and the branches. Sky went into the hunters crouch, famously known around four legged creatures. Bared his teeth for the bite, unsheathed his claws for the grip ,put his tail as low to the ground to avoid detection. He was ready. Swiftly the event took place. Sky launched himself. His strong legs pushed off of the ground, giving him enough energy for the chase. He went for the deer who was closest to him, grabbing its body, and biting into the neck. He bit as deep after the deer stopped struggling. He didn't let go. As you would expect from deer, they took the moment to escape, but nevertheless, let get back to the main story. Sky was content, his evening meal filled him up. These magical wolves have the power to sustain their hunger once a week, that being said Sky no longer needed to eat this week, because today was muanday, first day of the week. He senses became stronger and he smelled some tracks. They had a herb and magic scent. The scent he always hated. Witch. Shall we bring this story into sky's point of view?yes I believe so. I thought what I was planning was surviving, but unfortunately, the plans have changed, time to run, to discover a real danger other than ungrateful bears and other predators. "Why did it have to be witch, out of all 6 seasons." Complaining was part of my nature, but I always manage not to get on my packmate's bad side." Heh, at least it isn't a hunter looking for my exotic pelt," I mumbled, "never judge a scroll by its cover, they say. But now it is not time to joke, Sky focus." I was used to this, fighting unnatural things was my habit, I mean defeating a snow ruculas was actually really hard. Let me explain. A ruculas is a elemental creature that changes its type depending on its habitat. Heh, once you see , one you judge it and the outcome is you being dead, and that is not so fun. Anyway, I was curious to see what the foul being was up to, so I shrugged my shoulders and just followed the path. I felt like I was being watched , I also sensed something with incredible power, even greater than the scent, but it could have been my mind. You can never be too sure. I followed the scent and reached a path. I thought it was pointless to just smell my way so i just followed the path until I reached a dense forest made of pines and long wet grass. At last the path ended at a clearing perfectly rounded and clear with no weed in sight. I was surprised there wasn't any thing there, but then again it's a witch, I shouldn't be surprised. I thought I should have a look around. My paws were aching from the 3 hour trek. The full#moonwas starting to peak from the starry horizon. As the#moonwas rising, so were my powers. I began to stumble upon the ground, I felt as shaky as the waves. After a moment, I realized, the ground was shaking ,not myself. There seemed to be a whirlwind, and the more time passed the more I realized I was right it was actually a invisible whirlwind. There also seemed to be a wind pushing against my fur. I looked behind me and saw nothing. I turned around and just in time. I felt stinging on my side, then a wave of bright light. "Come out!" I shouted. Unfortunately the wretched creature did what I commanded. I would have to eliminate my uncanny habit of doing that. "Here I am!" Screeched the witch. She had gray wrinkled skin, long greenish-black hair, she also had a lock of golden hair, attached to a long stick about the length of a foot. " ha ha ha ha!" Screamed the witch. I cursed under my breath, realizing that this encounter could be the last few minutes of my #life
