Today was like any other day wet,cold and windy.I was alone like always, running through the wind, running as fast as my 4 legs could take me. The wind slowly brushing through my fur, my thick fluffy white and grey fur,it was nice, running through the wind in my one-man pack, I couldn't think of anything better, being in the forest, being in the wild, living free, no leader,I was the leader of myself , though I may not of had a pack or territory, I was living free the way I wanted to. I always dreamed of what it would be like to have a pack or someone to call my family, but things weren't like that, things were different for me, I had my own pack me,myself and I. I never thought I could be in a pack again, especially after my last one, it was dreadful, I hadn't done anything wrong, it was just that someone in the pack who was jealous, scar the name made me retch , whenever I thought of the name it made me remember how he set me up and turned everyone against me, with the rumours and the lies,they all believed him, and then after weeks of trying he convinced the alpha, the leader of our pack, then they were all ready to fight me , to get revenge on what they thought I did, I begged them, but they didn't listen, except my loyal friend sapphire she looked up to me like I was her alpha, I couldn't ask for anything more, she was brave and courageous and she would fight for me, for whatever it took, sapphire was the closest thing I had to family,the pack have fought us and chased us edge of the territory. I told sapphire may times to go back to the pack while she still had a chance, but she wanted to stay with me, and to fight with me,I loved her determination ,It was in till one day, we were finally at the end of the territory ,just a few more steps ahead and a new #life somewhere they couldn't find us across the boundary, into a new place, we said our goodbyes, but then scar was there hiding, waiting to attack, sapphire went to the bush to see what it was, I screamed her name "sapphire come back!" It was to late, he jumped out and hit her leg with so much force she went flying into the tree I could hear the crack in her paw as it hit the tree she yelped, I could smell that he was alone, he growled at me I growled back louder making myself sound bigger, stronger and ready to fight. I said to myself "for sapphire" and charged towards him, although he was stronger and was probably next in line for alpha of the pack, I still would fight him, fight him to the death, I would do anything for sapphire's safety to keep her safe, He came right at me I quickly clawed him across the face, he yelped in pain, blood slowly dripped down his face, but he got back up and attacked me in my leg and wounded me, but I held the pain in and didn't yelp,then I bit him and growled telling him to leave and he ran away leaving a trail of blood I quickly lipped to sapphire grabbed her by her scruff, using my teeth and ran as fast as ,my three legs could take me and tried to run on my other leg, but the pain was excruciating and I had to keep on lipping. I ran for 30 minutes not looking back, but making sure no one was following, we were lucky,this time, I made sure we were ages away from the boarder, I laid sapphire down she was in pain,I didn't no what to do, and I could say we to rest and keep it clean, she couldn't walk she had a broken paw, I didn't know what we were going to do now, I was scared that they might come after us, so everyday we were on the run each day getting further away from the boarder, I knew then couldn't go over the boarder but I knew scar would adventure lay come for me and get revenge, one day when we were resting sapphire asked me "what did scar say to everyone to make them turn against you?" I answered quickly " we on a hunt, it was I time I thought I could trust him,we were hiding in a bush waiting for a prey to attack, there was one of the Cubs in front of us he jumped out and killed it right in front of me then he said then he said look what you did and I said why did you do that an he said anger lay because I have anoth of you he picked up the cub and went running back I showed everyone he told everyone I had killed it I tried to convince everyone but they didn't listen they believed scar's lie, not long after he convinced everyone that I should pay, he even convinced the alpha and now we are here" She looked at me shocked,we were quite for a while, I asked how her leg was she said it was fine but i knew she had lied. A couple days later I couldn't stop staring at her leg it was infected and we hadn't had food in days there was nothing to hunt I knew she wouldn't survive. We searched for days to find food, then one night we went to sleep and in the morning sapphire didn't wake up and then I knew she gone. I knew wolfs couldn't cry but the pain inside hurt so much, it was like someone was slowly dragging a knife though my heart, I didn't want to live without her, she was like family and now I had non left. Every night I howled as loud as I could making sure scar could know what he had done and making sure everyone else could know what he had done,I mourned her death everyday, it was like being torchered everyday ,slowly and painfully.
